Public Holidays

We are closed on all Public Holidays – If you place an order for a public holiday, we will contact you and offer a refund or delivery of your order the next business day.

Delivery

To guarantee same day delivery in Warrnambool, we request that you place your order by 2pm AEST. -Same day delivery… this is by 5.30 unless specified so please let us know If you would like your flowers delivered by a certain time, We do endeavour to get all of our deliveries out promptly!

 If you are wanting blooms delivered to outer suburbs we request that orders are placed by 10am as for some suburbs we use couriers. All flowers and gifts are delivered with upmost care. Delivery charges are determined according to suburb and delivery costs will be added to your order before processing.

*If you would really love your flowers delivered on the same day but it is after 2pm, just give us a ring and we will let you know if we are still able to deliver your blooms!

If there is no one at the delivery address to receive the Product, the Product will be left in a safe, weather protected spot at the delivery address specified as we see fit, a calling card will be left in the letter box. Orders with alcohol can not be left unattended, in the case no one is there to receive the Product the product will be returned to the shop, a calling card will be left in the recipients letter box and a redelivery fee will occur.

If the incorrect Delivery details are provided or we are unable to gain access to the property due to locked gates or barking dogs, we may need to return the product to our store and contact you to arrange re delivery which may incur a delivery fee!

The Shop images

The images of flowers to order presented in “shop” reflect a particular time and season. Although we will endeavor to create arrangements that closely resemble your selection, please allow for changes in availability and seasons. In such cases, we will substitute flowers with similar blooms to best reflect the style of the image displayed, and colour selection you have chosen. However, if your requirements are quite specific, you may prefer to contact us directly and place your order via telephone on 03 55625859. All selected arrangements are made with love and inclusive of a The Bloom Bar and Co gift card with flower care instructions on the back, exquisite gift wrapping, and GST.

Goods Return Policy

If you deem the product to be faulty we will happily replace your good/s or refund your money subject to the following:
1. Please email us at hello@thebloombarandco.com.au advising us of your concerns in relation to the good/s within 48 hours of receiving the good/s.
2. Good/s will NOT be refunded where there has been a change of mind.
3. The good/s need to be returned back to The Bloom Bar and Co within 48 hours of The Bloom Bar and Co accepting the return of the goods.
4. Once we have received the good/s and are satisfied with your concerns we will either replace the good/s or issue a refund for the purchase price of the applicable item and the original freight that we charged within 7 days of receiving the returned good/s.
