Rosé | This delicately pale pink Rosé by Winton Road has aromas of raspberry, strawberry, and a hint of white petals. The lightly rounded palate is perfectly balanced with good intensity, vibrant acidity, and a subtle herbal edge. The long finish leaves a lingering character of red berries and cream. The grapes used for the Winton Road Rosé are carefully harvested from vineyards around the Barossa. The time on skins is limited to create a delicate blush colour with the vinification taking place in stainless steel to retain freshness and increase aromatics.
Riesling | This iconic Aussie Riesling is a bright lemon colour with aromas of apple blossom, mandarin zest and wet stone. A structured Riesling with great intensity. The orchard fruit and citrus characters are balanced by a refreshing acidity and chalky minerality. The finish is bright, pure, and long.
